Ines Leads AI & Personal Branding Session at RIT Dubai
Feb 26, 2026Rochester Institute of Technology – Dubai (RIT Dubai), one of the region’s leading institutions for innovation and applied learning, welcomed students and young professionals for an exciting session on personal branding and the future of work. Located in Dubai Silicon Oasis, RIT Dubai is known for its strong engineering, technology, and business programs, preparing learners to thrive in fast-changing global industries. The school continues to strengthen its reputation by hosting international experts who bring real-world perspectives into the classroom.

The event was held in collaboration with two influential organizations within the global engineering community: IEEE Technology and Engineering Management Society (IEEE TEMS) and IEEE Women in Engineering (IEEE WIE). Both groups are dedicated to advancing leadership, innovation, and professional development for engineers worldwide. Their commitment to empowering future professionals made them ideal partners for a session focused on growth, readiness, and digital transformation.

On December 8, 2025, RIT Dubai invited Ines to lead “From Classroom to Career: Build Your Personal Brand & Discover the Future of Work in an AI-Driven World.” As an educator, international speaker, and online growth specialist with more than 17 years of experience, she brought a dynamic blend of global insights and practical advice. Her work across 20+ industries, along with her roles at SCORE Los Angeles, SelectUSA, and Pacific Community Ventures, positioned her to deliver meaningful guidance to students preparing for their next steps.
Throughout the session, Ines helped participants understand how to shape their identity, communicate their strengths, and build a digital presence that stands out. She shared a clear framework for identifying personal values, interests, and long-term goals. She invited students to reflect on what they want to be known for as they enter the workforce. She also highlighted the importance of showcasing achievements through internships, projects, volunteer work, and extracurricular activities.
A key theme of the webinar was the impact of artificial intelligence on future job opportunities. Ines walked students through emerging fields, AI-supported roles, and the essential qualities that will matter in tomorrow’s economy. She emphasized adaptability, creativity, communication, and digital literacy. These traits help young professionals stay competitive as industries evolve.
The discussion sparked enthusiasm among the students, who asked thoughtful questions about career paths, digital portfolios, and how AI tools can support their growth. Many shared that they felt more confident about their ability to shape their future and were inspired by the possibilities ahead. Attendees expressed appreciation for the session’s practical tips and the clarity it brought to the rapidly shifting landscape of work.
RIT Dubai faculty and IEEE partners also praised the session. Dr. Boutheina Tlili, Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering and a leader within IEEE, expressed her gratitude for Ines’s contribution and highlighted the importance of exposing students to global perspectives. Her guidance helped make the event a valuable learning experience for everyone involved.
This webinar is part of Ines’s ongoing commitment to help support and inspire the next generation of leaders, innovators, and professionals. Students left with actionable steps to refine their digital presence, explore growing industries, and start building their personal brand today, not years from now.
