Ines Nasri Wins Inspiring Growth Leader of the Year at Forttuna Global Excellence Awards 2025

The Forttuna Global Excellence Awards, founded by Raul Handa and Aditii Handa of The Forttuna Group, has established itself as one of Dubai’s most respected platforms for international recognition in innovation and leadership. Each year, the Awards attract thousands of nominations worldwide, spotlighting pioneers shaping the future of business, technology, sustainability, and public leadership. The 2025 Global Edition ceremony took place on December 5, 2025, at JA Resorts & Hotels, Soul Beach Dubai, gathering over 300 distinguished delegates from 84 countries.

Among the leaders honored at this year’s ceremony was growth strategist and digital educator Ines Nasri, who received the prestigious title of “Inspiring Growth Leader of the Year – United States,” recognizing her impact in advancing digital growth strategy and entrepreneurial education.

Previous honorees underscore the award’s global prestige and influence. Over the years, Forttuna has honored trailblazing leaders from around the globe. Recent recipients include Anthony Osborne (Business Leader of the Year – Singapore, Technology sector), Dr. Alexandra McDermott (Entrepreneur of the Year – United States, Education), Alexandre Horvath (Business Leader of the Year – Switzerland, Technology), Christin Schäfer (Business Woman of the Year – Germany, Technology), and Andrew Se Joon Kim (Business Leader of the Year – Canada, Technology) among many others spanning continents and industries.  Earlier editions also honored trailblazing innovators in technology, Middle Eastern startups focused on sustainability, and globally recognized healthcare institutions. Their selection reflects the Awards’ mission: to elevate individuals and organizations driving measurable, systemic progress on a global scale. 

The Global Edition 2025, held in Dubai on December 5 and 6, brought together an esteemed roster of visionary leaders and distinguished guests. Along with Ines, among the notable honorees was Mark D. Minevich, recognized as the AI & Digital Transformation Leader of the Year (U.S.), alongside Dr. Ebrahim Al Alkeem, a renowned expert in digital transformation, AI, and cybersecurity within the Abu Dhabi Government. The event also featured influential keynote speakers such as Joelle Machia, co-founder of Wanderers Compass, celebrated for her storytelling and leadership insights, and Dr. Linda Salvin, MPH, PhD, who served as a Guest of Honor. Additional distinguished attendees included Adel Abdulla Miran, Director of Facilities Management and Administration at Dubai Holding Real Estate; Eng. Ahmed Al Hosani, Guest of Honor; and Wael Al-Masri, CEO and Founder of Slick Group, all contributing to the international prestige and thought leadership the Global Edition is known for.

A Recognition Rooted in Global Excellence

This year’s Awards feature one of the most comprehensive evaluation models to date. More than 2.1 million professional profiles were screened using AI-powered analytics and independent background verification. From there, 210,000 nominees were invited to interviews, with 64,000 completing the full process. Applications underwent three layers of human jury review before reaching the Forttuna Grand Jury.

Ines emerged from this highly selective pool with a final score of 95.09/100, surpassing 47 international finalists. Her razor-thin margin of victory, 0.02 points ahead of the runner-up, reflects both the competitiveness and meticulousness of the judging process.

Ines’ recognition highlights more than 17 years of work empowering businesses across the United States, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Her proprietary Online Growth Accelerator (OGA) Model has consistently delivered measurable results, including first-page rankings, local market dominance, and scalable digital growth for small and medium-sized businesses.

She also contributes to community-focused leadership. Ines is a Certified Business Mentor with SCORE Los Angeles, recognized as one of the organization’s top mentors, and serves as a mentor for the U.S. Department of Commerce’s SelectUSA Program.
