References to Ines Nasri refer solely to the public-facing educator, mentor, and brand representative of WebPower USA LLC. No personal liability is assumed by Ines Nasri in her individual capacity.

By accessing the Site or purchasing any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Eligibility & Lawful Use

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or purchase any Services. You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

 

2. Intellectual Property & License

All materials provided through the Services—including but not limited to videos, trainings, templates, worksheets, AI prompts, frameworks, scripts, community content, and digital assets—are the exclusive intellectual property of WebPower USA LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Share, sell, reproduce, or distribute materials

  • Rebrand or claim materials as your own

  • Use materials to create competing products or services

  • Share login credentials or access with others

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund and legal action.

 

3. AI Materials – Use Restrictions

Certain programs include AI-generated prompts, workflows, templates, and frameworks ("AI Materials"). These are licensed for personal, internal business use only.

You may not:

  • Sell, share, publish, or distribute AI Materials

  • Use AI Materials to create or enhance your own courses, memberships, or coaching programs

  • Claim AI prompts or methodologies as proprietary

  • Upload materials into AI training datasets or models

  • Use materials to build competing tools or services

Unauthorized use may result in removal from programs, revocation of access, and legal action.

 

4. DMCA & Copyright Complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, submit a written DMCA notice including all legally required information to:

5. Program Access

Access to programs, communities, and content is tied to your active subscription or purchase. When a subscription ends or is revoked, access is terminated.

 

6. Payments, Subscriptions & Failed Payments

Automatic Billing

Subscriptions are billed automatically using the payment method on file until canceled.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails due to card expiration or bank decline:

  • The system will automatically retry the charge several times

  • If all attempts fail, access is revoked and the subscription or payment plan is canceled

To regain access, a new purchase is required.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in immediate access termination and collection actions.

 

7. Refund Policy (All Sales Final)

Due to the digital nature of the Services and immediate access to proprietary content:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds for subscriptions, renewals, missed calls, partial participation, or non-use

  • No partial or prorated refunds

You may cancel anytime; access continues through the end of your paid billing period.

By purchasing and accessing the Services, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and waive any statutory cooling-off period where permitted by law

 

8. Coaching & Educational Disclaimer

All Services are educational and coaching-based only. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, or mental health advice.

You acknowledge that:

  • Coaches provide guidance, not decisions

  • You are solely responsible for your actions and results

  • The Company and the mentor/coach Ines Nasri are not liable for any outcomes, losses, or damages.

 

9. Earnings Disclaimer

No guarantees are made regarding income, results, or business success. Testimonials represent individual experiences and are not promises of typical results. Your outcomes depend on your effort, experience, market conditions, and implementation.
