1. Program Participation Agreement
By joining the program, you agree to show up prepared, participate in scheduled calls, and engage in a respectful and collaborative way. All interactions in coaching calls, pods, and the community are expected to follow shared guidelines that create a safe, supportive environment for everyone.

2. Coaching Scope
Coaching is designed to provide guidance, strategy, and accountability, but it does not replace professional legal, financial, or medical advice. You remain responsible for doing your own due diligence and making decisions that are best for your personal or business situation.

3. Intellectual Property & Content Use
All templates, tools, and materials are licensed for your personal use within the program. They may not be shared, resold, or repurposed as your own services outside the membership.

4. Recording & Replay Policy
Coaching calls may be recorded so members can revisit the content later. Recordings are stored securely and made available for a limited time, depending on the program or membership level.

5. Cancellation & Access Policy
Your access to the program ends when your subscription ends, so please download any materials you want to keep before your membership expires. Payments are non-refundable, and full legal details are available in the public Legal Center.

6. Confidentiality Commitment
What is shared in group calls and community spaces should remain private and respected. Members are expected to protect each other’s confidentiality and not disclose personal or business information outside the program.
