Programs – Participation Expectations

Our programs are designed to support your business growth, clarity, visibility, and momentum. To ensure the best experience for you—and for every member—please review the participation expectations below.

By participating in the program, you agree to comply with the expectations outlined below.

1. Commitment Expectations

Your growth depends on your engagement. We don’t expect perfection, but we do expect consistency and commitment.

This includes:

  • Making reasonable efforts to attend coaching calls
  • Participating in the community when possible and relevant
  • Completing assignments, templates, or activities relevant to your goals
  • Staying engaged with the process, even during busy seasons

This program works best when you show up for yourself. Failure to engage or participate does not entitle you to refunds, extensions, or additional support beyond what is included in your program.

2. Showing Up for Calls

Live calls are a core part of your transformation. You agree to:

  • Arrive on time and prepared
  • Minimize distractions during sessions
  • Attend as many calls as possible based on your tier
  • Participate actively and ask questions when you need support

If you cannot attend, recordings will be available (unless otherwise stated). Missed calls, inability to attend live sessions, or dissatisfaction with call content do not constitute grounds for refunds or additional services.

3. Respectful Behavior

We are a professional, safe, collaborative space. All members must:

  • Communicate respectfully
  • Create space for others to speak
  • Avoid interrupting or dominating conversations
  • Follow coach guidance during sessions

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, disrespect, or abusive conduct. Determinations regarding inappropriate behavior are made at the sole discretion of the Company.

4. Interaction Guidelines

Whether in group coaching calls, accountability pods, or community spaces, you agree to:

  • Speak from your own experience
  • Support others without judgment
  • Avoid unsolicited criticism or negativity
  • Keep discussions aligned with the purpose of the program

We reserve the right to remove any member who violates these guidelines. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any participant who violates these guidelines, with or without prior notice, and without refund.

Participation does not create an employment, partnership, or fiduciary relationship.
