Mentoring Tech Founders at Element 46 Spring 2025 Roundtable
May 15, 2025Launched in 2019 by the Westchester County Executive in collaboration with the Westchester County Office of Economic Development, Element 46 Tech Accelerator began as a county-wide incubator designed to support startups through mentorship, workspace, and strategic guidance, starting with just 15 entrepreneurs in its first class. Today, it has grown into a full-scale, biannual accelerator powered by QUAY Acceleration offering 10-week Spring and Fall cohorts, each selecting up to 12 high-growth tech startups from across Westchester County. As of Spring 2025, its sixth tech cohort, the program has supported over 70 startups, many of which have raised funding, generated revenue, and created local jobs. Each cohort concludes with a high-profile Demo Day, attracting more than 100 investors, mentors, government officials, and media, further amplifying its role as a growth engine for Westchester’s innovation ecosystem.
As part of the Spring 2025 cohort, Ines was invited to join the Element 46 Mentor Roundtable held online on May 15, 2025. The roundtable format, praised for its high-impact structure, matched mentors with three startups each for 12-minute focused conversations. Ines was selected not only for her deep expertise in business growth and digital strategy, but also for her commitment to mentoring underrepresented founders. Her invitation was part of a broader effort by the organizers to elevate the voices of female mentors and support the cohort's four female and six BIPOC co-founders.
During the roundtable, Ines offered guidance on scaling strategies, digital marketing, and global growth. Drawing on her international experience, she helped founders pinpoint their most pressing challenges and provided actionable next steps, ranging from platform insights to potential partnership opportunities. Her conversations focused on building scalable digital systems, creating momentum in go-to-market efforts, and cultivating strong customer relationships.
The founders responded with enthusiasm and curiosity, eager to implement the advice shared. Ines's table was one of many buzzing with meaningful exchange, where founders gained valuable insights and renewed confidence in their path forward. Other esteemed mentors at the roundtable included Stephanie A. Rieben-de Roquefeuil, Raviv Kerem, Shem L., Bob Upham, Dawid WiÄ…cek, Brian Stern, Nurit Revah, Shimon Perry, and others who brought a wealth of knowledge and generosity to the session.
Element 46 continues to strengthen Westchester's role as a regional hub for inclusive innovation. Ines's involvement in this cohort reinforces her commitment to empowering diverse founders and supporting scalable tech-driven growth.
