Ines Participates as Panelist in LIF’s Full S.T.E.A.M. Ahead Salon
Nov 14, 2025The Limitless Impact Foundation (LIF) is a mission-driven nonprofit transforming Los Angeles communities through authentic grassroots partnerships. LIF provides advanced technological tools, strategic resources, and capacity-building support to schools, community organizations, and advocacy groups that have historically lacked access to innovation. By leveraging expertise in AI, 3D printing, biotechnology, public health, law, and media, LIF helps local organizations overcome systemic barriers to achieve sustainable impact in three core areas: Health Equity, Education, and Technology Access.
Founded by Executive Chairman Matthew Newman, an innovator in corporate strategy, law, and engineering, and led alongside Vice Chairwoman and CEO Dr. Dominique Woods, a physician executive with expertise in community health, healthcare systems, analytics, and AI, LIF operates on a new model of philanthropy. The foundation democratizes technology, amplifies local expertise, and creates pathways for grassroots leaders to thrive. Unlike most corporate foundations, LIF predated its parent organization, Limitless Group International Corporation, and drives the cultural heartbeat of LGIC through its values of inclusion, equity, and innovation.
The Event
On Thursday, November 13, 2025, LIF hosted its latest Salon Series, Workforce Development in S.T.E.A.M.: Full S.T.E.A.M. Ahead!, at their downtown Los Angeles office. The intimate gathering brought together 15–20 thought leaders from academia, business, technology, healthcare, government, and social impact sectors to explore equitable strategies for S.T.E.A.M. workforce development and bridge the gap between education and opportunity for historically underserved youth.
Ines joined the discussion as a recognized leader in digital growth and workforce strategy. She emphasized the importance of paid, project-based S.T.E.A.M. experiences that provide youth with meaningful work, not just enrichment activities. “We need STEAM experiences that pay, that connect directly to real problems in LA, and that come with mentors, not just modules,” Ines shared, highlighting the need for programs that build portfolios, references, and clear next steps for students.
The roundtable, facilitated by Robert Gould, Director of USC’s Experiential Learning Lab, explored innovative initiatives including: STEAM Experience Labs connecting schools, communities, and employers; a STEAM Passport awarding stackable micro-credentials; and mentorship and mental health infrastructure as core components of workforce development. Participants engaged deeply, offering LA-focused solutions for accessible programming in community centers, housing projects, and faith spaces.
Ines also contributed her perspective on using Los Angeles as a living lab for tech-driven S.T.E.A.M., suggesting youth tackle real local challenges such as climate, health access, and civic tech problems. Her insights bridged digital innovation and hands-on learning, providing attendees practical strategies to implement immediately.
Conclusion
The evening combined structured dialogue, networking, and actionable takeaways, fostering collaboration among leaders committed to equitable workforce development. Attendees left inspired to implement solutions that transform S.T.E.A.M. education into tangible career pathways for underserved youth in Los Angeles.
